We are excited about your interest to get involved and contribute your time, energy and enthusiasm to the Great State of Maine Air Show (GSOM) events and activities!

 

We are now accepting volunteers for the AIR SHOW at The Brunswick Executive Airport: Saturday, August 15th & Sunday August 16th, 2020.

GROUP OPPORTUNITIES

Air Show Concession Fundraising

Get involved in a fundraising opportunity at the 2020 Great State of Maine Air Show - Saturday, August 15th and Sunday, August 16th.

Who

Any groups or organizations wishing to raise funds for charities or clubs and organizations may staff a Merchandise or food booth at the event. The minimum age requirement for insurance purposes is 16 years old.

What

Concession booths will be set up, maintained and The Air Show Network will provide all product and inventory. Concessions require 12 volunteers per day and groups must be prepared to staff their booths for both days of the event. Due to traffic & parking challenges shifts are not permitted – full day volunteers are required.  Groups will receive 10% of gross sales after sales tax from concessions.

The Brunswick Executive Airport.

When

Saturday, August 15th and Sunday August 16th, 2020

Registration/checkin begins at 6:30am

Booths open 9:00am to 5:00pm

Training session:  Wednesday August 12th, early evening

Great State of Maine Air Show succeeds with the support and participation of volunteers in all aspects of the show’s production. Friendships are built and memories are made during the shared experience of presenting this event to the public. We invite all members of the community 16 years old+ to apply for available positions.
